DOLE issues guidelines for paying wages on Eid'l Fitr, including deferment and exemption from paying holiday pay
The DTI and DOLE issued last 1 May 2020 the “Interim Guidelines on Workplace Prevention and Control of COVID-19” mandating private businesses to implement strict health measures in the workplace to help prevent COVID-19.
