The engagement with the lawyer using "Document Defense" is limited to a single 30-minute consultation for the lawyer to review your situation and advice you accordingly on how to best resolve your problem. Legal Tree does not interfere with the lawyer's independent judgement and legal decisions are solely determined by the lawyer in his/her discretion. 

Although Legal Tree is not a party to the engagement you consent to Legal Tree compensating the lawyer on your behalf, if applicable. Any payment to Legal Tree for "Document Defense" is not a fee for legal services. Additional assistance beyond the scope of service described above will require a separate engagement with the lawyer and you will be solely responsible for any additional fees.
