John manages and runs his own law firm and is actively engaged in litigation and legal services. He strives to educate the masses that trust and confidence must be had with respect to the Philippine Justice System. John handles civil and family relations, criminal, commercial, and land cases.

He strongly believes that to be an efficient and effective professional, educational aptitude is not enough. Social intelligence and dynamics is fairly or even far more important.

In order to develop these skill set he is an active member of DefTac Laguna, which is a group that teaches Brazilian Juijitsu. This sport helps a person to become disciplined and patient. In addition thereto John was also active in Football, Downhill Skateboarding, Dragonboat racing, and Debates.

All of these life experiences helped John to be a well rounded person and more importantly a better human being.

Experience:

John prior to putting up his firm was employed as an associate lawyer at Maceda Law. His functions would primarily cover litigation, negotiation and contracts, and commercial engagements.

John previously was a Senior Tax Consultant at PwC PH-Isla Lipana. His functions mainly cover tax consulting and transfer pricing documentation. In addition thereto he is exposed to different engagements, namely: tax due diligence, legal due diligence, legal consulting, contract review, contract drafting, and contract bidding.
