Mr. Bernaldez is the founder and managing partner of Bañares Bernaldez & Associates Law Office. His practice area includes Criminal Litigation, Family Relations, Corporate Registration, Estate Planning and Land Registration.

Mr. Bernaldez obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. He studied for four semesters at the Faculty of Civil Law in the University of Santo Tomas before transferring to Arellano University School of Law where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) on 2017.

Mr. Bernaldez took the 2017 Philippine Bar Examinations and was admitted in the practice of law on June 6, 2018. He engaged in the private practice of law for one year and a half focusing mainly on contracts, joint venture agreements, Criminal Defense, and Family Relations. Mr. Bernaldez was a former Public Attorney in the Public Attorney’s Office for almost two years. He was assigned in special courts while in the Public Attorney’s Office. Mr. Bernaldez was a resident Public Attorney in a Drug Court and was also assigned in a Family Court.

Currently, Mr. Bernaldez is focused on Corporate and Land Registration.
