My practice generally focuses on corporate, taxation and real estate. As a Certified Public Accountant at the same time, I usually handle corporate transactions, including retainer agreements, incorporation, registration, amendments, disputes, construction, importation, intellectual property, bookkeeping and any SEC, BIR and Labor related transactions. In connection with real estate, as a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser at the same time, I handle land transactions including ownership and possession disputes, sale transactions from negotiation to actual sale, extra-judicial settlement, due diligence of the property, transfer of ownership and application of title.

Experience:

Retainership agreement with clients may or may not include bookkeeping of financial transactions. It involves offering legal advice and know-how, provide various types of legal services to best meet the clients' needs on actual legal issues that routinely arise, including by not merely analyzing the existing issues, but offering various approaches to resolve problems, anticipating issues that are inherent to new projects and providing solutions to solve them, and introducing strategies for better business performance. The incorporation and setting up most of my retainer corporations and businesses were handled by me, from the incorporation to the operation of the company. While my litigation experience usually involves real estate, few criminal cases, and tax cases.
