The Bureau of Internal Revenue extends the deadline for filing of Annual Income Tax Returns to 15 May 2020 and other submissions
The Bureau of Internal Revenue ("BIR") has extended the submission and/or filing of the following requirements under the Tax Code in view of the suspension of work in all offices under the Executive Branch of government from 17 March 2020 to 13 April 2020, including any extension thereto, due to the imposition of the Enhanced Community Quarantine ("ECQ") as follows:

On or before 30 April 2020 The 90-day period of processing VAT refund claims for applications received from 16 March 2020 to 14 April 2020 is suspended. The counting of the number of processing days will resume after the lifting of the ECQ As per Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 27-2020. Available here. |
The BIR has also extended the deadline to file other tax returns and payment of taxes in Revenue Memorandum Circulars No. 29-2020 and 30-2020 (available here and here respectively).

Be sure to check if any tax return and/or document your business is required to submit to the BIR from now until the next month is affected by the above-mentioned extension of deadlines.
