Experience:

I have been practicing law for more than six years. Currently, I am managing my private law firm after practicing as an associate in a law firm and as a corporate counsel for a real estate developer. My core expertise are criminal and civil litigation, taxation, labor dispute especially seafarer concerns, real estate transaction and immigration. In my previous employment I have handled various corporate and special projects such as corporate housekeeping and compliance of various corporations from different industries including foundations and non-profit organizations, due diligence work, and incorporation and dissolution of corporation. Further, I have a certification for data privacy which allows me to become a privacy officer recognized by the Philippine National Data Privacy Commission.
