TY MELO &Associates was founded in 2013 under the leadership of Atty. Rolando Dazzle E. Ty who previously served as a public attorney for several years catering the needs of the indigent litigants. Recently on June 18, 2019, he was joined by his then legal assistant, Atty. Jeffrey T.
