Consultations cover pertinent laws, rules and regulations bearing upon the tax, finance, insurance, foreign exchange, labor relations, and employment aspects of the clients' activities. Documentation covers the preparation and review of agreements and contracts. The Firm likewise does routine notarial services for clients.
