I have almost a decade of experience in corporate and business law. I have strong background in contracts drafting/review, labor relations, taxation, supply chain / transportation and technology. I have 5 years experience as a tax practitioner from a top auditing firm. Prior being a lawyer, I was a human resource practitioner and a management trainee in supply chain industry. I am currently involved in startup and technology community.
