I am a real estate attorney. After almost 20 years in general practice, doing all kinds of litigation, even trying for a time Intellectual Property Practice, i decided to specialise in this area. My license as a real estate broker which i obtained in 2011, and my diploma in real estate development from CREBA-De La Salle Univ. enabled me to focus on real estate. My being a real estate investor and a Notary Public give me a wide experience to share with my clients who need advice on real estate investing or acquisition, real estate development, legal remedies against foreclosures and tax delinquency sales, public auctions, settlement of estate, partitions, contract-preparation, negotiations and any real estate problem.
