Experience:

Atty. Sarah Atienza is an experienced litigator who has handled a variety of cases in Civil Law, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Family Law and others. She graduated with a degree in Management from the Ateneo de Manila University. She later graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law.

Prior to her legal career, Atty. Sarah had extensive experience in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry, where she held various roles, including as a Operations Manager as well as a Process Improvement Specialist.

As a lawyer, she has drawn on her previous experience in the Business Processing Industry in acting as legal counsel for companies in negotiating contracts for IT Service Delivery agreements. She has also assisted in several projects involving Public-Private Partnerships. She also has extensive experience in advising foreign clients on setting up and doing business in the Philippines.

Currently, Atty. Sarah is a founding partner at the Atienza & Pedrosa Law Offices, and teaches Labor Law.
