Experience:

Atty. Ramil S. Imperial obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies, Major in Software Technology at De La Salle University-Manila in 2002.  He completed his Bachelor of Laws at the Arellano University School of Law in 2009 while working full-time as a Senior IT Engineer for public and private banking institutions in the Philippines.

Prior to establishing the firm, he worked as a consultant for an international bank in Singapore for three years before becoming a tax manager in a Makati-based private firm where he was involved in the general corporate law practice, tax advisory, resolution of tax disputes and assessments, and drafting of legal documents for corporate clients.

Atty. Imperial’s practice also extends to varying fields of litigation, particularly civil and criminal litigation.  Aside from being a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Laguna Chapter, he was also inducted as a member of the Rinconada Bar Association at Iriga City, Camarines Sur.
