Our founder, Attorney Apollo X.C. S. Sangalang ("Atty. PoL"), is a business lawyer, labor law coach, corporate counsel, legal educator and conflict strategist with more than 28 years of professional experience. He also conducts legal training for companies.
Atty. Marvyn A. Gaerlan, our co-founder, is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with an engineering background. He is also a commercial and transactional law expert; a data privacy law compliance advisor; a certified occupational safety and health standards consultant; and a total rewards professional.
Our team of lawyers, paralegals and legal staff are client-focused, responsive and accessible.
We are based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. In light of the post-pandemic new normal, we reinvented ourselves as an online law firm, also doing business as "SGLawFirm Online."

Our founder, Atty. Apollo X.C. S. Sangalang, recently celebrated his 25th year in the legal profession.
Prior to establishing his own law firm, Atty. PoL was a partner of other law firms (now dissolved). He had brief stints in government service under the following institutions: University Legal Counsel of the University of the Philippines System (his alma mater); Executive Director of the National Labor Relations Commission; and Chief Legislative Officer of the Senate of the Philippines.
He also served as President (and Legal Aid Attorney) of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Pasay Parañaque Las Piñas and Muntinlupa (PPLM) Chapter.
He taught various law subjects at the Philippine Law School and Angelicum College - University of Sto. Tomas System.
He was recognized by the University of the Philippines - College of Economics and Management as an one of its most outstanding alumni (2017) and one of its top one hundred alumni (2019) during its Centennial Year Celebration.
Our co-founder, Atty. Marvyn A. Gaerlan (an engineering graduate), is our specialist on data privacy and occupational safety & health compliance.
